COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT – BAY FRONT
Bay Front may be the neighborhood for you if you want to live on the water. Tidelands Park and the Ferry Landing Marketplace are both located on the island’s east side. This neighborhood has a magnificent view of Downtown San Diego and offers waterfront condos to homebuyers. This neighborhood also has the Coronado Sharp Hospital. Summer is clearly in the air in Bay Front, which is located directly on San Diego Bay. At night, you can also enjoy pleasant winds. It’s possible that you won’t be able to see Downtown San Diego if there’s a lot of fog, but this is uncommon. In Bay Front, there are a variety of educational opportunities, including public intermediate, public primary, private schools, and charter schools.
The Ferry Landing Marketplace, where you can shop for clothes, eat at restaurants, and even see a movie at Village Theater, is within walking distance.
Two playground parks, a basketball court, and numerous sidewalks are available at Bay Front. The San Diego Bay waterfront, as well as Tidelands Park, are also located here.
